The Secret Note I Left Myself (And Why You Should Too)
Depending on your method, if it could be an accident you should leave a note if you want to clarify it was a suicide. I will leave one if/when i kill myself. I want to tie up any loose ends, leave my bank info, info on where to seek help after looseing someone to suicide, ect. I don’t know why i sound so dramatic, but i’m really proud of what i’ve done this year.
I challenge you to memorize at least a few of these notes. Oct 1, 2024 · here’s my advice to you if you’re in your 20s, 30s, or 40s. Write about your experiences. Take notes about your meetings. Organize your thoughts so they are easily accessible and searchable.
